Self-Care

1. Set aside self-care time:

Give focus on activities that strengthen you physically, mentally, and spiritually on a daily or weekly basis.

2. Practice self-compassion

Be as gentle, understanding, and forgiving toward yourself as you are with a friend.

3. Take breaks and rest:

Give yourself a guilt-free break where all you do is relax and do nothing.

Boundaries and Priorities

1. *Set healthy boundaries*:

Learn to say “no” to non-optional conversations and tasks that sap your energy.

2. *Focus on your needs*:

Start attending to your needs like you try to meet everyone else’s before them.

3. *Alter your priorities*:

Reflect on your values and how they influence your goals and shift them to accommodate the objectives that promote your wellbeing.

Note:

Never forget self-care is vital, and pausing from everything else gives you clarity. By doing so, you enhance your sense of self, and your general quality of living improves.
